Wellbeing and Safeguarding

Wellbeing and Safeguarding

We acknowledge the importance of positive wellbeing and mental health and recognise that students and families may require assistance. Various organisations and charities offer valuable guidance and support to young people and families, addressing a wide spectrum of issues. We kindly encourage you to explore the provided links to access expert advice, coping strategies, and recommendations for promoting positive wellbeing and mental health.

King Edward VI School is committed to safeguarding, equality of opportunity, and promoting the welfare of young people, and expects all in our community to share this commitment. For safeguarding matters, our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mr Chris Dunford. Should you have concerns regarding the welfare or safety of a child, please do not hesitate to contact us at safeguarding@kes.net. If a student wishes to raise a pastoral or safeguarding concern they are encouraged to speak to their Head of School or tutor, but can also report anonymously via Share.

Further advice and resources can be found in the menus on the left hand side or on via Warwickshire's Family Information Service.
